A wonderful addition

We decide to transform an old dining room turned storage area into an exercise/ spare bedroom. The Bestar murphy bed turned out to be the best solution. Sales/ customer service was wonderful in answering all of our questions to help with deciding the best model to purchase. Everything arrived within a week of ordering. it took about 6 hours for my husband to fully assemble by himself. There was some hardware that was missing and some small, damaged pieces but a quick phone call and email with pictures had the replacement parts here in days. We do have a special sofa ordered (through another vendor) that is 20 weeks away but this does not affect the use of the bed. All in all it’s the perfect solution and really changes the whole Appel of the room. We love it!!!
