I assembled it myself over a weekend. Its possible to do it yourself, you just have to think outside the box and mainly assemble the upper units piece by piece rather than in 1 unit and lift into place Overall I would give the directions a 9/10, there were a few directions that had me stumped so I had to back a few times. I will say my biggest complaint was that its made of press board and the veneer does show some saw marks. I will say its extremely unlikely you are ever going to move these units once they are installed and they really aren't designed to ever be moved. I just think for the price using real plywood which is much stronger would have been nice. Overall though the units do look good installed A few of the plastic pieces broke during install and I don't think it was me overtightening the screws. Some wood glue fixed those issues

We have a desk from here that we were so impressed with so we figured the quality of this closet organized would be the same and it 100% was! Not flimsy or light like a certain other company. These are solid pieces! Instructions were clear and easy to follow and everything fit together perfectly! One minor issue is a few of the white pieces we ordered were not the same shade of white but it wasn’t a big deal. Great product and I’ve already spread the word to others in our family who are doing renovations to look into their products!

Very happy with my purchase. It holds more clothes than expected. Customer service was quick for some assembly questions. By the way, you really need to be two people to assemble it together. I ordered from Bestar directly with 30% off on this organizer. It really fits well in my space. I wish we could pick the hardware colour, I may spray paint the handles in black. Otherwise super happy!

We upgraded our master bedroom closet with the 83W walk in closet as well as 2 36 inch shelving units and two sets of drawers. I was very happy with the heaviness and quality of the pieces. All items were packed well so no damage during shipping occurred. Assembly instructions were simple and clear. We did have one defective piece and I contacted Bestar with the part number and they quickly sent me a replacement piece…great customer service. I will in time update our other guest bedroom closets and will definitely use these products again.
